Do I need any prior knowledge of the nervous system?

No. The programme is designed to be accessible whether you are completely new to this work or have been exploring it for years. What matters is not what you already know — it is your readiness to look at the right layer.

How is this different from therapy?

This is an education and coaching programme, not therapy. Rather than processing individual experiences, we are building your understanding of the mechanics that underlie all of them — and giving you practical tools to work with those mechanics directly.

When is my 1:1 session and how do I book it?

Your private session is yours to use at any point during the 6 weeks. Once you join, you will receive a booking link. Many participants find it most useful around weeks 3–4, once the group learning has begun to surface their specific patterns.

What if I can't attend a live session?

Every session is recorded and shared within 24 hours. You will not lose access to any of the content.

What if I want to go deeper after the programme?
