No. The programme starts from the foundations and builds progressively. It is designed to be completely accessible whether this is entirely new to you or you have been exploring this work for years.
How much time does it take each day?+
Each day's content is designed to be manageable alongside a normal life — typically 15 to 30 minutes for the video and practice combined. The structure is intentional, not intensive.
